Differance between Mobile 1 and oil that comes with..
Hi everyone, I want to know if there is a differance with Mobil 1 synthetic and the oil that comes with the truck? What makes Mobil 1 so special? How much is Mobil 1 and the filter? Please give me some info because I am very confused with this issue.

Mobil 1 is fully synthetic where as factory oil isn't (I believe the factory still uses "real" oil). Mobil 1 is ~$4 a quart and the Mobil 1 oil filter is about $10, but you don't need it, the Motorcraft filter is a very good filter, especially since they are under $5.
