Wayne ford, in wayne, nj now has a brand new black 2001 lightning on showroom floor next to the same cobra r that has been there a while now. all i can say is the truck is EXTREMELY NICE and the wheels look way better in person!! i had the hood open too, hehe. i picked up the literature panflets too. just in case anyone is wondering, the sticker was 32,160 i believe, and they added 2,000 to the price "market adjustment", oh it also had lojack, which was another 500-600 i think? i was so busy staring at it, the darn prices went out of my head!! lol

 

Wayne Ford will always try to get that over sticker MSRP, I know, I paid half of it. I needed my in a rush last year and didn't have time to shop around... I got them to $1k.

Pistilli Ford in Paramus has a Silver one sitting on the lot for MSRP. (2001)

I agree, all the parts look alot better in person then in pictures. I like the little "SVT" on the cone in the headlights.

the last time i was there, they told me they were gonna try and get between 65-70k, for the cobra r, i guess thats why its still there months later. id rather have the lightning, hehe : ) Mike
