Just curious if you ever got it fixed?I feel kinda bad now because my 99 I sold had a heli coil in cylinder #3 and someones gonna have the same thing happen to them that you did.

As Thomas said when an insert comes out with a plug it is NOT a big deal, this has happened to numerous people (me including) many times.
Hell on the 02 almost all of them came out when I changed the plugs,
(insert I'm really crying...)
You simply glue the sucker back in with Permatex Item#64000 High Strength
Sleeve Retainer, and never worry bout it again.....
