Yep, I can't get enough. And ever since LSChicago told me about the stock 01 doing 13's at the same track, it's my personal goal to pull close to those same times. If anyone wants to meet me there, I'll be there with a bunch of "younger" people, in the 18's-20's. I'll be the big guy with the goatee standing next to my baby (a clean 01 BLack L) Hope to see you there.

LACR (Los Angeles County Raceway), it's right off the 14 going to Lancaster. It's friday night grudge tongiht, last time I got in 3 runs, and that was with me leaving early, and stopping to talk with friends every time... It's $15 to get in (driver and car) and $5 for anyone else going.

 

can't go this week maybe next week. Good luck on those 13's. Do you run street tires? If so i'd drop that pressure quite a bit to hook up. Later.

 

Almost there, but not yet. Still bone stock, with more miles on my baby, and this was my fastest run (with passenger).

14.187 ET, @ 96.217 (ran against a modded LS1 [Z28]-14.5x)

I'm happy as hell, that's .2 off my last best. But it still isn't those mid 13's I've been hearing about. Maybe when I get more than 2000 miles on her, she'll kick some ***. I guess TECHNICALLY I did run in the 13's as people are telling me to correct for the very high altitude.

Dave, too bad you couldn't make it. I was the only L there this time. I'll keep you informed on when I go again. My tires are wearing thin already, so I see some ET streets in my near future!!!

I know, it was my last run, and he had been begging me to go down the track. I got 4 runs in. Everytime I improved. From now on, I run solo. Didn't get the link to the site. I'll e-mail you again.. AOL has been acting up again. And all I'm waiting for is a clear weather report from FOMOSO, and my friends will tow my baby up there! That way she stays nice and cool for that 13 second run. Need to find prices for slicks. Waiting to see how that deal that Mike is trying to make with the wheel makers turns out. George, please get your truck fixed. I'm tired of being the only Lightning around at the track.
