Transmission durablity?

My lightning is my daily driver and was wondering how long I can expect my trans to last with my mods? I don't beat the hell out of it, but do hammer down once and a while. Only have 3,800 miles on the truck right now. What do you guys think from your experience?

Mine held up fine... until I threw the Whipple on it. Don't increase the shift firmness through the tune; and, you should be fine for a good while with just the valvebody firming up the shifts for you.

I expect at least 200K from mine including track duty.

The key is to keep torque reduction on and line pressure as per factory.

A valve body is apparently fine.

You're fine. The 4R100 is a stout piece.

I have an '04 with roughly the same mods as you - mine has 72K on the clock and still feels good.

When it breaks, call Greg !!!

Otherwise, drive it !! The 4R100 is a pretty tough beast....
