That sucks TLF
DO NOT DRIVE IT (especially if your down on oil pressure and up on oil temp)
Of course you want to do the obvious and check the oil to make sure there is no water in it, and check the water to make sure there is no oil in it. (is either over filled, foamy, etc...)
Pull the oil filter and drain plug, drain it all out in a clean pan, examine it well (maybe save it to show to Jim), and then if you restart it and get the same results shut it off immediately and make arrangements to flat bed it to JDM
(I guess ???)
Man that sucks %$(&@$^%(@$ sorry to hear it and I truly hope it's something simple

Lightning friends this is a new on me as you read in my previous post what happen to my lightning. Well last night i unhooked battery ground cable and reconnected this morning well every thing is ok. it is beyond me what happen but i guess my computer needed to be purged. I have been taking great care of this engine it gets the best of every thing i will say again i don't like 5w-20 oil in a built engine. One more thing how can i turn up oil pressure on oil pump.?? thanks again TOM LIGHTNING FAST

You could have simply gotten a bad oil filter, the anti drainback or whatever could be fakakta, I would swap it out with a fresh filter just to make sure.

I would still get it checked out. Re-setting the computer isn't going to correct any of the conditions you mentioned above except for maybe the CEL. The oil pump is mechanical. From what you're describing (oil too hot / low oil pressure) it sounds like your pump is either on it's way out or gone already. You definitely shouldn't drive it until you figure out what the issue is.

I agree, while a oil pump is a pain in the buttttt to replace, replacing a engine is way more expensive.
