Thumbs up Finally, track times with the JDM chip

The ole ***-o-meter said this chip was stronger than the R9 mainly on the big end. The ***-o-meter was right. Previous best time was 13.39 @ 101.09. I only got in 2 runs because the track was sooo crowded. Traction was the worst I've experienced there. Both runs I had a small amount of wheelspin which usually cost me at least a tenth. First run was 13.28 @ 103.32. Second run was 13.27 @ 103.44. Talk about consistant. Wow, .12 and 2.35 mph faster with wheelspin. This is on F1's.

Cool

Tundra,

That's the street program with nothing stripped off the truck and running 93 octane. I'm running F1's with 9,300 miles on the truck. Mods are chip, K&N filter (with opened up airbox, 12#'s boost), Magnaflow muffler, Splitfires and 160 stat. Traction was the worst I've experienced at the track with this truck (first test-n-tune of the year). The normal amount of traction I usually get would have put me in the 13.1's.

With the numbers, I can see you future! The very near (60')future for you clonetek tells me that your intercooler will be leaking. Hay, dont get mad at me, I'm just telling you whats in store for you.

Your more immediate future looks a little cloudy--not-sure-if-I-can-see-it ($$$). I am trying, but its still cloudy ($$). Maybe later.

LTNBOLT, it seems as though you have a good future ahead, but have a hard time to get going, just post the rest of your slip, and I'll tell you everything, if you want to know ($$) hehehe.

you make me laugh sometimes clonetek.

Yeah, I was trying to go to bed, DONT SAY NUTTIN ABOUT THE SAUCE!

Just trying to poke some fun thats all. I did find a website about some kid disescting the majic 8 ball. Now THATS curiousity.

Oh, wait, I can see something else, after your leak (330') you will take your truck to get it worked on, but they will run out of v6 F150s to loan you, so you will be stuck with a taurus. But when its done---cloudy---now---(1/8)--its coming back---they will tell you they got a new intercooler in there. But (83mph) they wont change the plugs (to hard to get to).

It really is time to hit the sack again.

TTT?

I saw in another thread someone's intercooler did indeed start leaking.

But I still want to see LTNBOLT's slip.

clonetek, I was just kidding. But do you still want me to analise the rest of your slip?
