can anyone give me a very detailed explanation of how to install a FTVB (4R100 transmission)??? i have an 01 lightning and ive never modded anything on my car before so im very new at this..is there a good pdf file or something with pictures that can help me along the way? thanks in advance.

 

here ya go.... This link should help out. Rob always post up his experience with his mods and usually helps out with instructions. Basicly, drain and unbolt the pan, take out the valve body (12 bolts, i think) and slap in the new one. replace the pan and your good. dont forget to refill the tranny. The pics in the link should help with what you will be looking for.
