Servicing Fuel Injectors

I've been thinking about sending off my Siemen Deka 60# injectors for a servicing. There's a place in California called RC Engineering that has an add in MM&FF. They advertise that they offer a complete blueprinting service for peoples existing injectors. This service includes...

- Test Flow and Evaluation
- Ultrasonic and Chemical Cleaning
- Pressure Testing and Balancing
- Detailed Analysis/Report

I called them yesterday and asked them a few questions about the service. They said that along with cleaning and pressure testing the injectors, they also balance them to flow within 2-5% of each other. They said the service I listed above costs $24 per injector. What do you guys think? Worth it or not?

I think its a safe play, its always good to be sure in the back of your mind. The only thing is the time they are down.

you should call up Fuel Injection Specialties in San Antonio, They do the same thing, and I think they are quite cheap about it... also, tell the Chris with the silver lightning sent ya.. they might discount you.. (or run the price through the roof, depends on whether I pissed them off or not)

Stieg looks like the way to go. They offer the same service as the other place at $50 less.
