whipple kit converted to JDM racer kit?s

i am re-installing my whipple kit as a JDM Racer kit. I think i routed some of the vacuum lines wrong the first time. So i am going off the sketch that was posted up for the JDM racer kit. On this post/sketch it shows double lines going into the first two ports on the whipple's driver's side plenum. one shows to install the small line from the vacuum managment unit. is this the line that has the white cap on it (located on the firewall and has a green capped line next to it)? if so do you use a t-fitting to run that line to the s/c port or do you just plug the factory location? If this is not the line that the sketch is talking about what line is it? since i did not buy a JDM racer kit to start with i did not get the rubber elbows that let you install the two diff. size vacuum lines into the single s/c port. can i use a t-fitting that has two diff. size nipples? i went to all the local parts store and can not find anything else that looks like it would work. JDM sells a conversion kit but it is 500.00! Also since i have deleted the egr equipment and the boost by-pass can i just plug the small 7/32 port that is on the bottom of the intake tube(tube between the maf and tb)? with the racer kit and no boost by-pass the two small ports on the rear of the s/c plenum are not used correct? the pic shows to remove the elbows and use allen plugs. can i just use vacuum line plugs instead of removing these elbows? One last question / the bottom port of the boost act. is left open to the air correct? thanks for any help you can give me. i dont want to remove and install this whipple again.

okay everything is done besides the second line of the vapor managment. the pic says the small line ,but the line coming off the white cap is a 5/8" line which is bigger than the other line which is a 3/8"(green cap). also the 5/8" line runs into a line that runs under the truck. going by the pic the white capped 5/8" line goes to the second port(3/8") on the s/c plenum. do you cut the 5/8" line or do you unplug it from the line that runs under the truck?
