What would someone who was interrested in a 99 lightning offer for it and this 99 is in mint shape only 1700 miles and still has the plastic on the seats from the factory and it is white oh and it also has the stock rims on it just in chrome please respond thanks trying to see for my friend if what a dealer is gonna offer him is worth it for him to get a 2001
