I bought my 2000 L about a month ago and it has had absolutely no problems. It is stock besides a flowmaster exchaust and a K&N filter.
I was doing some highway driving the other day and low and behold a porsche comes flying by so i decided to catch him. I was going roughly 100 - 120 km and went WOT
The truck felt like it hiccuped (no power for a second) Now i know this could be many things but what would be your ideas? My first thought was maybe the supercharger belt was slipping or something, or maybe even the rear tires broke loose if thats possible?
It was like 3 ON/Off jolts then it took off and went like normal and it hasnt done it since. Just worried about what that was, im hoping that it was just dirt or sand on the road and i wasnt getting traction.
(i caught up to the porsche like nothing)
