Dyno run... Gone Bad - PART 2

I get a call from Kenny yesterday, saying that for the hellavit he pulled it apart to make sure that everything was OK inside ... Good thing he did! He pulled it apart and there were scratches on the gears.. and found a small piece of magnetic material which did some damage to the inside gears / screws... ( sorry don't know the tech names on them ) SO he fixed it all.. hence rebuilt it.. and STILL did it under WARRANTY!

I have to give huge props to KENNY BELL for not only their excellent customer service, but fixing something that was NOT their fault or Problem.. I should get it back by Friday he said..

Yea, well I didnt do something right.....My blower was only about 9 months old and very low miles. No problems except for having to add oil about once a month. I sent it in thinking the warranty would cover it. Of course I was told something scratched the seal, as there were scratches on the rotors too; AND I owed them 700 bucks for the rebuild ............Really, Thats great to hear.
