Please help...All input is appreciated

Hi Guys, I have a '99L with a 6# lower, Diablosport, polished plenum, CAI, NGK iridiums, 90mm MAF, and borla exhaust. My problem lies with any WOT run, the the truck feels like it is loosing boost. It pulls fine and runs great at anything below WOT. This is the first forced induction vehicle I have owned so i am somewhat green with them. But is it possible that the 6# pulley is overspinning the rotors and causing the air to cavitate thus giving me a sensation of lost power at WOT? Could it be a problem with the pressure relief valve opening inappropriately? Could it be a miss? Is there other things I should be looking for? And is there any way to check these things? I was planning on putting my stock lower back on soon anyhow so that would essentially fix a pulley problem, but I am at a loss for what to do after that, if the problem continues. Any and all help is greatly appreciated....

Define Diablo Sport ??? Diablo tends to call EVERYTHING Diablo Sport.
If it's a chip what color is it ??? If it's a Chip and RED throw in in the garbage and get something else. If it's a Chip and Black your good, if it's a Hand Held Tuner and the Predator your good.

Lose the overspinning, cavitation, thus giving you a sensation of lost power theory. Although yes if you went and put a 10lb pulley lets say on a stock Eaton you would have some lose of power on hot days, the bottom line is EVERYONE runs 6lb pulleys (and more) and has no problems. And you should feel that truck pulling like an animal at WOT, (on an extreme hot day it will feel a little flat up top and you wont see max boost, but it will still pull).

Not sure who's close to Ohio as far as good qualified Lightning Tuners, (I hope someone pops in and gives you some choices), but what you need to do is a few things (I assume by the post count this is a new vehicle for you?)
#1 check for signs of Belt Slippage (you will find A LOT of belt dust if there is)
#2 change your Fuel Filter
#3 change your spark plugs (I would put in NGK TR-6's gapped @ .032 -.034)
#4 change your tune (find a LIGHTNING TUNER or tell us what chip/tuner you have and we'll tell you who you can send it to for a GOOD base line tune)

A mail order tune by an expert is waaaaaaaaaaay better than an un-know tune. Congrats on the Lightning Welcome to the family and Best of Luck...

Thumbs up

+1 on Rob's advice. He pretty well covered the bases on that one.
