I've been throwing around the idea of a built short block from JLP for a little while. Just trying to get and idea from those of you that have gone this route of what the total cost of this project is. I already know the price of the short block but I'm wondering about all of the other costs....labor, new tune, different pulley, etc...

 

That question can be answered quickly $2000.00 and up. But unless you are on a budget the long block is your best way to go. I know you probley already heard that. But what ever you deside good luck. REGARDS LIGHTNING FAST

 

What kind of price difference are we looking at by doing a long block application? I haven't really looked at that option because I thought it would possibly be out of my price range.
