I'm running 9# in a 5.2L and shes loving it.. The 5.2 has higher compression than the 5.9... Mines 9.1 where as the 5.9 is only 8.9 (I'm 99% sure on that, not fully)

Them 5.9's like a little boost

SY, If you go with PowerSlime, go ahead and get you some 24# injectors with that... Some Good Ford injectors work great...
Injectors, Mopar Hi-Po PCM, and going from 6# to 9# gave me .8 secs and 7MPH...

e-mail me off list if you get one...

When you slam a door closed on a dodge truck does does it still sound like it is going to fall off the hinges. And I almost forgot how about the play in the steering wheel.Dodge never could make a steering gear box.

I had a 94 4x4 Dak, that steering was loose as heck... you could move the wheel about 3 inches and the truck would go straight...
My 97 4x2 is mucho mucho better... and my dads durango is just as good, and being a 4x4, still turns sharper than my Dak!!

My buddys 98 Cobra has a dead spot in it when you are going straight, about 1 inch of play in his.. (thats what he gets for lowering it an 1.5 inches I guess)

When you park a Dodge in the woods and the door falls off, and nobody is there hear it does it still make a noise?

And to date how much money have you spent on your R/T to accutally get in to run your high 13's. Thats the only reason you R/T boys talk so much smack. you all think you can make an R/T cheaper and fast then a L. we won't worry about looks, cause you could spend a million dollars on that mopar and it would still look ugly, J/K.

with that blower, I see a low 13 in your future, not bad, but not as good also.

God I would love to race you. Too bad you live 2500 miles from me.
Maybe after I handed you your hat, you'd shut the f*ck up. But then again, as delusional as you seem to be, you'd somehow turn it all around and imagin that you actually won, so what's the use. Oh well at least I can spell.

SY1999R/T - heck - I'd race you with or w/o the s/c & still beat the doors off you! You said you're "still a kid" & there is your disadvantage! I've street raced longer then you have been around! All the fancy, expensive mods are a waste w/o the experience to USE them!
As for the L boys here & of course, the girls too I am not worried about you beating any of them anytime soon! About the only way I can see you beating any L is if the truck is PARKED, keys OUT of the ignition & the owner is away! BUT - of ALL the L owners here, the 1 I'd most like to see you race against is Christy Ann! I think it would help settle you down a bit to be beat by her! No offense to any other L owner - Christy Ann seems to be a legend on your board! I think she could do an excellent job of teaching an R/T driver a thing or 2 about realism & humility. Good luck SY - you're gonna need ALOT more then a s/c to beat these guys/girls!

Love my truck & PROUD of it! If you can't beat 'em, you're NOT driving a FORD!

FRITZ, no I don't have it yet. It's ETA is the 26th. That's a Monday, and I doubt I'll have any time to get it until the following Saturday. I do know that it's been made and off the line and currently enroute to the Northwest via rail car.
I'm hating the wait, but I 've used the time to get my financing in order so that when she arrives, I'll have the check.
