truck will not start

truck will not start

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

well i just installed my second set of 255 pumps. the first ones broke. i removed the bed this time which is so much easier than dropping the tank when it is full lol. replaced everything and when i try to start the truck it would not turn over. when you turn the key to the on position you can not hear the pumps come on. they act like they are not getting any power. i checked the fuses (do not have a owners manual) and could not find a blown fuse. i found where the fuel relay behind the passenger kick panel had kicked out so i reset it. the truck still will not start. please help.

1 removed fuel lines and harness from top of the tank
2 removed pump assembly
3 unplugged factory fuel pumps from fuel lines and elec. harness
4 removed pumps
5 installed new 255s into assembly, plugged in fuel lines and harness
6 installed assembly back into tank, replaced fuel lines, harness
7 reset fuel pump relay
8 checked fuse box
9 pumps do not sound like they are getting power
