I am thinking about changing the carpet in my L. I want to go with a Black carpet but don't want a cheap one. Last time I called ford they said they don't make a black carpet for the reg cab F-150's. Does anyone know who makes a good after market carpet for our trucks? Or does the Harley Davidson truck come with a black carpet and if so would it be possible to cut it to fit in our trucks?

I don't remember if it was SixPipes or TampaSVT, but one of those guys swapped thier carpet for a black carpet.

The only person I know that did it was registered under the user name of GO_Rila. Not sure if that is sixpipes or not.

I know that you can't use the HD carpet. In fact I tried to order some HD parts for the inside of my truck and Ford will not allow anyone that doesn't own a Harley Davidson Edition to order parts off this truck.

They also do carpet sets for late model applications, including your truck, in any color that tickles you. Order a purple one if it floats your boat. They're molded just like the factory. Excellent quality. They also do logo-mats in the same matching carpet. I'm guessing around $120-$140 for your carpet, which is a deal compared to Ford.

 

Thanks for all the replies. I have an insider in Ford that will hook me up with Harley parts and I already contacted him about the super cab carpet but even at his cost it is almost $300. That’s a little too much for me to spend on something that I have to cut and might not work.
