advantages of aluminum driveshaft?
what difference does this make. is it just apperance or is there a performance difference.

Lighter weight, less rotating mass. Both are better for performance, but the gain is small. Should fit on your Lighting, don't know 'bout the other one.

Since you also get a bigger diameter, it would be less prone to vibration. Good if you are running a high diff ratio.
It might also be stiffer, and that would give a better response to a sudden load application.
I am doubtfull on the appearance since you would have to crawl under to see it ...?

Isn't it also better at reducing driveline harmonics? I think I read that somewhere.
