Question Premium Service-2001 SVT????

The new single page handout from the dealer for the 2001 Lightning under ownership experience states:
"SVT owners receive Premium Service at their dealer, which includes a loaner vehicle and complimentary wash and vacuum. Expect nothing less from a customer driven company."

My question is will owners of '99 and 2k models receive the same treatment since we bought the first version. If the '99 did not sell there would be no 2k's and they would not have made the 2001 with an increase to 7500 units.
Any thoughts on this my fellow members??

For any major service, ie. engine and tranny replacements, I have received a loaner vehicle (duh!!), and a vehicle wash and vacuum has been offered, but declined.

My only real gripe has been the blank look you get when you report the small problems that we all have, and also know the fix for.

I have always hated the "that's the first time I've heard about that" crap. Doesn't matter the make, but Ford is very good at it!!!

the reason for the wash-n-vac is because "Vinny" might get in trouble if you see the rubber-n-filth he put all over your truck during testing. i doubt i'd ever use the service, unless i spent the day with them

What a classic way to deal with the Lightning problems, Diversion !

Don't spend the money to fix the interoolers, and certainly don't fix the control arm bolt, just come up with some inane plan for customer "satisfaction"

Hey Ford, take note, We love the truck, but we're not satisfied!
