Post Purchased 2001 Lightning Tonight!!!!!

Greetings, folks!

Yes, I just picked up my 2K1 Silver Lightning!

I am new to this board, even though I've been reading it a lot lately (a HUGE influence on my purchase)

I want to thank this board and its members for the vast amount of information I gathered here.....

This vehicle is my first truck;however, I do have some experience (ie leased but never bought)with Vettes & BMW Ms.

Anyway, gotta cut short......dinner calls!

And yes, I do have a G-Tech Pro....and yes, I promise times before any work is done.....but I will break it in kinda easy.

Thanks for the kudos, guys.

....."pinch my arm"......looking out window......Lightning in driveway? Yup, still there....

I will bring it to the track in a bit. The one closest to me is Atco Raceway(I have been there a few times with a 96 Vette). Englishtown is a couple hours away, but I've never been there.

BTW, the dealer I bought mine from had a White 2K1 Lightning in the showroom. I'm not sure if it's prudent to tell where I bought it (I do not want to sound like a representative from where I bought it). If anyone is in the market for one in the NJ/PA/DE area, I can refer my dealer to you. Actually, another dealer in my area I was pondering will have a couple in around 6 weeks. Let me know if anyone needs help in acquiring one in this area.

Thanks again
