Anybody on this board order a red Bolt from North Central Ford in Richardson, TX? I was just there getting all the details for ordering mine and I asked when the first one is coming. The sales guy came back and said there was one on its way and will be here within the week. He said he'd call me so I can take a look at it (I promise I will not touch it!!). If you are like I will be, the second it hits the dealer I would be driving it off. If you get it before I can take a peek, mind showing it to me? I want it firsthand. I am looking for a dealer to work with. I have been talking mostly to two dealers: North Central, because I work right across the highway, and Bob Tomes, becasue I live in McKinney. Bob Tomes is the front runner, but whenever I want to talk to a dealer face to face on my lunch break I go over to North Central. They both seem to be giving me the same word on pricing and delivery, so it's really a question of the sales person and the people that work at the dealership. If anyone has goods or bads about either dealer lay them on the table! Bob Tomes is my front runner at the current time, though.

 

Tom, North Central has just changed hands so I won't mention the 3k worth of warranty work they tried to jam in my ***. Hopefully it has gotten better.

A bunch of us in the N. Dallas area use Bob Tomes. The service there has been good. BTW I live in Fairview, just South of McKinney.

Sales, on the other hand, is just a matter of who treats you better on any given day. I'd buy from who can deliver what they promise, when they promise, when they promised it. A good sales staff will underpromise and over deliver.
