I hope that others will give you their thoughts too. From late Spring to Fall I use Red Line Water Wetter mixed 50/50 with distilled water in the intercooler reservoir.

Unhappy

BABolt....

I actually mentioned this same thing about a week ago and the replys that I got varied from.... "add a half a bottle in the intercooler and 1 in the radiator" to, "add a full bottle in the intercooler and two bottles in the radiator"

Nothing about distilled water or anything. I added 1/2 a bottle directly in the intercooler reservoir. Have I messed it up??

It is whenever you add water either to the intercooler or the radiator that distilled water should be used.
Boil a pot of tap water dry and you will see why to use distilled.
Intercooler wil probably be replaced anyway, but tap water will really do a number on your engine.

I use 75% redline/distilled water mix and 25% anti-freeze.

No intercooler leak I can see yet but I'm sure it will happen, or maybe I don't drive it enough to see it drop in large amounts.
