Power Pipe Update.
If I'm not mistaken, BABolt will be supplying a "bellows" style rubber connector on either end of the power tube for coonection purposes. I have one of his Pro-M polished adapter kits and this is what was supplied, They look great and the craftmanship is "A-1".
BABolt, correct me if I'm wrong.
See the black rubber pieces on the ends of the pipes? Those are the bellows.

Babolt, When the new cervinni ram air kit comes out I'm going to get that, but do you think this pipe will work with the cervinni ram air setup when it is released. Will you be making these all the time, cause this cervinni kit should be out in 6 weeks now.

To use the Cervini air intake setup I believe tht one would have to have the Cervini hood. I do not envision a fleet of Lightnings with that style of hood. The nice thing about all the products available for the Lightning is that owners get to have a choice.

An update of where I'm at on this project. We built a fixture but I did not care for the amount of welding to create this item. I now have a major supplier bending 4" diameter tubes at the correct angle for me after which they will be annealed. There will be no weld seams in this item, only the welding on of a few bungs for the ACT, vacuum and PCV. All openings will have the correct interface to the mass air flow sensor and the trrottle body. I hope that there will be an interest as I have commited to building 50 of these items. Additionally, since there are no weld seams this unit will be able to be polished without showing weld lines. Thank you.</font>
