Nice looking truck Thor01.
Please pull the cover on the PCM and see if there is actually a card edge with metal tabs permitting connection of a chip. It's possible Ford used their standard case and changed the internals. Also, what is the calibration code on the PCM cover?

Glad the pics turned out! 
I wasn't sure if they were going to, sticking the camera under the dash like i did. The shop is closed today where im storing the truck.
I can get more of the engine wiring and third brake light Monday!
Frans,The stickers and plastic will be off in the spring when I'll be able to hand wash her!! I told the dealer to do only the safety check and spray the truck. I didn't want some wash glove or broom over the paint!!
BlackBolt99, thanks for posting the pics! I was told ahead of time to check the front as you suggested! No marks! I was worried about that.

Thanks, and you will be glad for getting silver. It's forgiving when it comes to being dirty. My truck has only been sprayed off. If it were black or red, the pics would have looked like *****.
Tundra,still a tape deck! It would have been nice if they would have put the six CD changer in the head like on our Lincoln LS cars.

I heard that my Black 2001.5 Lightning ETA is February 26th (per Ford). They were nice enough to provide this ETA info yesterday. This means that I have no worries about the purported parts shortage. My Lightning will be built next week (~Jan 29), then about a week after that, I'll track it on http://www.bnsf.com.
I can't wait!!! Especially with Thor 01's silver L looking all shiny and new sitting in his garage... I'll probably get to drive mine before he does, at this rate!
