I dropped it off Monday, and Picked it up today. Intercooler replaced at 14800 miles. Down side is they claimed that Ford engineers have decided that if the plugs look ok and the o2 sensors are not throwing codes they are NOT replacing them any more. The ironic part is I left a message for the service writer yesterday to change the plugs anyway and I would pay and they still didnt. He claims he didnt get the message, which doesnt surprise me they have had a broken phone system for 9 months....

I cant belive they are turing down cash jobs due to broken phone mail....
