Man, Ford's got it going on!
New, I've owned:
1985.5 Ford Escort
1985 Ford Tempo Sport
1988 Dodge Omni
1996 Camaro Z28
1997 Ford F-150 Supercab 4x2
1997 Camaro SS 30th Anniversary
The only one of all of these cars that really showed any flash or uniqueness was the 30th SS. I loved that car and the "on rails" handling once I put urethane bushings on it.
Then, I look at what Ford has been pumping out lately; it's pretty frickin' awsome compared to the other two big manufactures.
1. Ford SVT Lightning (Miracle this one ever made it out the door) Not to mention all the other Roush aftermarket stuff.
2. Ford Harley Davidson F-150 (Gotta' love the black leather)
3. Mustang R (Pure Racer)
4. Mustang "Bullitt" (One of the most memorable Stangs)
5. Ford F-150 Supercrew "Rancher" type truck with AWSOME ball glove leather seats and all the trimmin's. Just saw one today. Beautious!
6. The Crown Vic special
I just like the way they keep putting out cool things. The other guys just don't seem to be interested in taking any chances like Ford is doing.

While the special Crown Vic will look cool, I would be a lot happier if they did some real performance enhancements to it...a la' Impala SS. How bout dropping that 32 valver in their? Could be a real fun toy. Would look very sweet in black.
Ford does have one of the best concepts this year with the 49 Ford.

Is the "ranch" edition Supercrew you are talking about the "King Ranch" edition? If so, that thing's gonna be niiiiiiiice. Their leather is unbelievable.

Oh yeah, I was a previous 97 Cobra owner--you know, the ones that sit so high they look like 4WD compared to Camaros, T/A's and Vettes, which can all outrun you. Then, when Ford comes out with a bigger, stronger engine, it goes in a big heavy-*** truck. Well, if they couldn't beat a GM product with their "sports" car, just let it ride, and try with a semi-sport truck....put a half-*** stereo in it, throw in some quality problems, still don't have the ride height to where it looks good (for a sport truck), and you've got the perfect combination.

No, it's the black one that I like; just kidding. Actually, I only read about the Vic in the Free Scab Press when they highlighted the "Bullitt" Stang. I just threw it in as fodder.
But, the super secret Vic in the super secret place (you should know what I mean) is what should be on the road makin' a name for itself.

Are there any rumors as to what will be in the Vic or Maruder? I'm hoping(but probably won't get) the Licoln Navigator motor. It will probably be the 4.6,but those big cars really need the TQ of the 5.4.

I like that 49 a lot.
That would be a car I would buy, that and my dad's 62 Stubaker GT Hawk. They better not make more than 5k a year though.

Cobra R is cool and all, but the Z06 is a far better car, and has Air & a Radio.
