i dont know what any of you guys are thinking we all own trucks and that is cool in itself, but if you want to knock on chevys you should think of the cost to rebuild one of your fords.And yes i do own a extreme s10

Thats the first thing I thought about when I got this truck. I almost walked out on the deal. So much money to rebuild the engine!!!! Are you saying extreme s-10s come with a gift certificate that says "Free engine rebuild"

I owned an Xtremely Slow S-10, too; I traded it in for my Xtremely frickin' quick Lightning. Step outta' that tin can into a big bucket truck SVT F-150 Lightning and never look back!

The Xtreme looks pretty good for a Chevy,but it needs to be faster for what it's pretending to be. A PT Cruiser is almost as fast. ,,,,98

Dude how the hell can you compare a mini truck with a 4.3 6cylinder to a full size truck with a modular motor and a supercharger. I can't believe chevy hasn't got rid of that push rod enigine yet. The lightning is so beefed up and all for around 30 G's. In my mind that a hell of a deal. Think about it, what soes that new chevy sport truck of the year joke cost. 35,000. I'm not sure, sombody post it I don't have the price. And the new ss that chevy is thinking about will cost more then a corvette when they get done. and will run slower then a new L. Hey you need to lay off the drugs.

just drive it till the warranty is out and sell it. thats what i do.
