Question Transmission problems

Has anyone had transmission problems with the lightning? Mine has gone south. It won't shift from 1st to 2nd on WOT. Makes a ticking sound on deceleration. Its at the dealer now and I'm alittle worried about it. The service adviser told me that she would try to get Ford to send another tranny. Has anybody heard of this happening?

WHAT04 and I both had our whole transmissions replaced not too long after getting our trucks. Haven't had any problems since.

Mine doesn't shift with a crispness anymore. Brand new, unchipped, it was crisp. Now, it has to be chipped to feel like it did stock. I'm probably next.

My dak did that when I started hitting the 13's, but I guess thats expected when they are 16 sec trucks

My solution? TransGo shift kit at its max settings (still has its good days and bad days)
