Awesome, I've got a black on order.
Got VIN # 2FTZF07311CA55380, but hate to bother the dealer for an update. Is there anybody else I can check scheduling with ?

Thanks,

Rob

Of the ones that have made it to the end of the line, have any reported intercooler leaks yet.

I heard from a "certified Ford mechanic" that the intercooler in the 01 was improved and should work better. Hopefully, he know what he's talking about!!!

If they just started building them this morning would you be seeing them by 11:00 am? I wouldn't think they'd go together that fast ?????

Thats the most @%^*%d up comments I have heard in a while. Yet its so true. Sounds like something Raoul would say.

I think the way High Risk (I believe it was him) explained it was, for every 10,20,30, 100 regular Flairside F-150's are made, a Lightning is made. So the ratio is dependent on Ford, due to demand. If they don't have a need to make too many Flairside F-150's, then more L's will be made today. But it also works the opposite way. But it's always good to hear they are FINALLY making them!

Thumbs up

I called scheduling at Ontario truck today to verify my build date and to see if they started! My guy told me they are moving slow, but moving.

I contacted the Quality Plant Manager last month. He told me it takes a 1-1/2 days for paint/body and a day for line Asy!

You should see them moving them out tomorrow. They are a one shift plant at this time. Hope this helps.

Not to burst anybodies bubble here, but I just sat in front of the exit doors of the assembly line up from 9:45 'till 11:00 a.m. and saw no L's coming out.

The trucks passed right past me for the suspension test track. (Each truck drives by)

Maybe I'll get back down there today for some photos but I've got to tell you, it's pretty boring work sitting there with your finger up your patut watching 4X4's drive by you. And their drivers look at you like you're some kind of alien. (Maybe that's because I was in my Denali ?!?)

And no there weren't any in the loading lots either.

Just trying to do my community service.
