Exclamation

BlueOvalNews.com helps to set legal precedent:
The Wall Street Journal reported "In a ruling expected to set a precedent for First Amendment protections of Internet Publications, a U.S. District Court judge denied Ford Motor Company a preliminary injunction to stop a web site." The Wall Street Journal went on to say "Legal scholars say Judge Edmund's order should be considered a precedent that underscores the fact that the First Amendment, which protects traditional media like print and television, also covers speech in cyberspace."
Floyd Abrams, a noted First Amendment lawyer, said he didn't know of a previous ruling that said "In such clear and definitive terms that the same First Amendment rules apply to Web sites as they do newspapers."

BON HAS CLOUT..USE THEM WISELY!

Letter to BON....

Good Job Tundra! Mr. Lane, Mr. Blake, Ms. Elliott, Mr. Mark Pickrell-Atty.at Law and the staff at Blue Oval News dot Com. We desperately need your help. We are only trying to protect the investments that we have in these '99-00 Ford Lightning's. Please help us in any way you can so that Ford as a responsible manufacturer will "DO THE RIGHT THING!" Thank You! John W.
