Proud of you guys
Whitelightnin and Tundra especially.
Keep hammering away at FORD until they "DO THE RIGHT THING" by us 99 & 00 owners on the intercooler leak.
I only have 1450 miles on my 00 #1204 no leak yet, but I know it will happen and the only satisfactory resolution for me will be a total retrofit of the 01 components and the 01 intercooler that DOES NOT LEAK.
FORD ARE YOU LISTENING?

I also have similar mileage as you and am checking my coolant level daily, since from what I have read, it won't be a question of if, but when. The fact that Ford redesigned for 2001 is a loud and clear confirm that there are issues with the '99 and '00 intercoolers. Wishing I held out for a 2001. I sometimes feel that he who buys the last year of an american made car wins since everyone else was the guinea pig and part of the development cycle.
