OK, What did I do wrong????

Any way, In August of 99 my family all chipped in to get me a NASCAR Experience for my Birthday. 2-20 lap sessions in a a street car (my truck) and 2-20 lap sessions in a old Winston Cup car. I was digging through the junk drawer an found these pictures I figured I'd share or try to share them any ways.

Yes, There was a speed limit in the street cars (85 mph) but I did sneak up to about 110 down the back stretch. They said they throw you out if you were to get spunky in your street car. The Cup Cars were tuned down with throttle stops and restrictor plates. I think I was turning around 50 second laps on the 2 mile track in the race cars. The instuctors said they do 155 wide open but there was no speedometer. So what ever that figures out to. It was a rush and I got some cool pictures.

Thanks PAWN,

HIGH RISK

One of these days I'll have to see if I can get to try one of those driving experiences...it looks like so much fun.

As for posting the pics, you didn't do anything wrong, I don't think the bulletin board was able to read that really long picture location that Zing gave you. I just cut and paste it in my browser and downloaded your pictures. I stuck them on my webserver and posted it up using that location as it was ALOT shorter.

You can hit them at:

The shorter lines seem to work.

Daniel
