temp gauge goes down when i get on the truck ,goes down to C and then comes back up ,its not over heating seems to be running fine ,high idle some times when this happins,checked the oil no water ,could this be a head gasket, need help thanks

 

have you replaced the sensor?

also check your battery as a bad battery can cause problem like that, as can the alternator
