Don... It's called a Lo Pro made by MPULSE. http://www.lo-pro.com/home.htm I bought it more for looks than anything else. You do have to drill holes which turn some people off. It's kind of like it's there but it is'nt if you know what I mean. I like the fact you still see the bed rails, if you have a black truck it really does'nt matter. If you decide to get one let me know before they install it, I'll tell you how I changed the rubber gaskets around for a much cleaner look. Good Luck
