I don't own a Lighting, but am wondering what kind of mileage you all are getting.

I'm getting 12-13 in town, and about 17 on the highway. How heavy my foot is doesn't seem to make much difference.

I hate to tell you but I get 10-11mpg. I do love to get on it now and then, but not as much as I used to and still nothing close to 14, unless I'm cruising on the freeway. But then, I never bought it for its frugality.

If you're asking, then you can't afford it. Put it another way, mileage is quite bad. But that's the point.

Actually, I haven't done too badly in December. Haven't put a drop of gas in it. Haven't driven it anywhere either.

Sorry if I sound snarky. Lightning depravation is making me edgy. Thank God the days start getting longer tomorrow.

Blkbrute:

My 'Bolt is as far from a daily driver as you can get. Only driven for "recreational purposes", on the boost more than not. It's bone-stock and I average around 13 mpg. I've seen as low as 8 mpg on one tank (a good one for sure), as high as 16 mpg.

When I first got her, she was a daily driver but now I have another vehicle.

I'm kind of an a$$hole when I drive my truck, thats mainly why I've gone threw 6 sets of tires alreay. So I get about 9 to 10. My saying is 0 to the speed limit in ? seconds. I don't really go the much over the limit, 5mph at the most, except on the highway.

Wow, am I glad someone brought this up because I was going to. Mine has been terrible compared to some of you guys. I have been getting 11.2 on average in the city(not too much traffic, but here and there). My last tank was almost ALL freeway, and I only got on it 2-3 times, and it still only got 13.2. You guys that get 16 are lucky. My lowest mileage was 10.2.
