Post CHP - Bring it on!!!

Many months ago I received a speeding ticket for doing "approximately" 76mph on a 65mph freeway at midnight. I was ACTUALLY being very careful watching my speedo and I knew I was driving the speed limit. I didn't say anything just thought to myself this California Highway Patrol officer is a lying, pathetic sack of shet trying to fill his quota before his shift ends.

I hired a lawyer, the lawyer said I have no chance so she pleaded with the judge to let me go to traffic school a second time. No luck. She advised me to pay the ticket and when DMV revokes my license she will plead with DMV to lessen it to a restriction. Not a very intelligent lawyer since she had already pleaded to get me a restricted license for my racing ticket!! What are they gonna do give me a double restriction? Restrict my license for 1 year? Stoooopid...

So I fired that lawyer and hired a REAL lawyer. I told him it's not about the ticket it's about losing my license because some lazy *** CHP officer lied about my speed!

So court day was a couple of days ago. The cop shows up thinking its going to be in and out. Then he sees my lawyer and realizes that this is the same guy that has sat as JUDGE for some of his traffic cases!

Cop: "Gulp...."

Cop then tells the judge he is not prepared for this case and proves what a fool he is. Case dismissed!

CHP couldn't rob me this time! HA!

By the way if any of you guys in Orange County ever need a good traffic lawyer (one that knows all the cops, clerks, DAs and judges), let me know...

Mike

Well, next time I get a ticket for 118 mph I'll try to do it in Orange County.

Marcus,

Speed Meet for sure!

WFC? Don't know yet. Have some mods planned and don't see a reason to enter my truck until those mods are done. If so, would love to get a group together and we can all drive out there.

I have soooo much stress off my shoulders now that I know I will not be losing my driving priveleges.

Alphadoggy,

If you ever feel like doing 118 in OC let me know I'll bring a camera

Mike

I will bring the video camera.

Good job on the ticket.

Keep 'em honest by being prepared and educated!

I am ready for a get together out here!
