anyone know if anyone makes a factory replica hood in glass? no scoops or cowl?

 

I'm sure you could find someone that does, but it would only be heavier than our Aluminum OEM hoods.

um...yea...but i wanna build a unique scooped hood for the bulldogmobile...so i need a glass hood to start with...

When they fix a wrecked vehicle (steel), they fiberglass in whatever parts cannot be smoothed.

Why not take my old steel hood, (for a few measely dollars) and cut a hole in it, and add what you like.

what hood did you buy? thanks for the offer, how much? the only problem with steel/glass combos is that eventually they will delaminate...yucky...i might not have a choice though...can't seem to find one anywhere...

 

Bulldog, I THINK P.A.W does. I'm not completly sure. PAW is Performance Auto Warehouse, it's done the street from me. I will go there today and ask them for you. And if they don't, maybe they know someone who does. I will post the answer here tonight. If you want a slightly quicker answer, you can call them, I'm positive that they have adds in most if not all auto magazines. Search through one of your old mags for their logo, it's a yello upside down triangle with red PAW lettering.
