Angry Intercooler wasted?

Well, I was getting gas and figured I should check things under the hood and there it was, foam and low level in the IC reservoir. It's just below the full line and I just checked it a few days ago and it was just above the line, so I'm assuming it's a slow leak. I guess I'm a victim of Fords inability to live up to its mistake.

Cool

Mine has a tendency to vary a little after it has run, created FOAM and have to wait to settle down.
I usually check it cold every mourning before I start it.

I've never seen foam, but after driving around a while, if you pop open the hood you'll notice the level of fluid is below the line.
Before you go anywhere in the morning pop open the hood and it will be full. At least that's how mine has been.
Drops during use, full after rest.
