PSP Filter Question
I installed the PSP filter yesterday and today when I drove it I could definatly tell a louder whine of air entering the filter but when I first get the boost up I hear a slight whistling noise that goes away as I go faster, is this normal?

Yes,
As the blower builds boost it has a tendency to settle down alittle, as it has a rather flat torque curve, noise wise.
Check your boost guage you should have picked up 2 psi, also.
