Post Holley Thunder supercharger description

I've read alot about this lately on other boards (maybe this one too) and was curious. SHM has a decent little write-up about it. Looks like 144 c.i. vs. our 112 c.i. If this has already been done, I apologize.

I personally don't think a standard F-150 drivetrain could take it.... Well, at least not for long if it didn't have the Dana rear end. Especially the transmission.

DreaminAboutL,

Well, looks like I'm not alone for once in my thinking. I would like to have 144 c.i. of air going to the engine though. But not enough to spend that kind of money.

Why do I keep wanting to go faster? I think I need counseling. I know my wife would agree.

I think we need to convince Holley to make a retrofit kit for the L. They can keep the injectors, pump, etc. Just give us what we need! Lloyd
