Ok, I know I'll probably be laughed outta here, but hear me out...

I just bought a used 2000 Lightning OEM Supercharger assembly with 2100 miles on it.
What else do I need, and where can I get it at a reasonable cost to make this thing work on my truck?

I know I need an intake, fuel pump, intercooler, pulleys and injectors....

I don't need a whole bunch of "stupid" speed parts, just whatever the L uses (bolt-on) to make it's 360bhp.
I don't want to go inside the motor...yet.

Please help.

Prices would be good too.

I'm not going to laugh! I will say, you are going to be seeing the dealer alot!! Can't tell you what you need until I know just what you have already! Post back what you have and I should be able to help! I have 2001 part numbers only. It shouldn't matter!

I assure you ,It would have been cheaper to buy a Lightning!! This is not going to be fun.Should have sticked to the holley thunder! still not too late,Keep the eaton for one of us,It will be cheaper for you with a whole hell of a lot of headaches gone.

 

I agree with Lightningquick!! You are better off selling the unit you have and put the cash into the holley thunder. It will save you time and money in the long run.

you can almost get a crate lightning motor and computer with the same money. the transmission might not work because of the transfer case. motor less than 4500. computer 400. trans 1500 or so. holley thunder is what 5000? your tranny is probally not enough anyway.

 

Ok , ok...I will get rid of it. Maybe I'll buy my boat instead.
