Hey Blown00: I'm from Hingham. Got a 2K L in October, after making excuses to not buy one for the past year! Kinda tough time of year for cruisin, but I'm up for anything. Between here, NLOC and SVTPerformance boards, I've seen a couple people from the area. I'm out of work for two more weeks so let me know. My email:tigershouse@mediaone.net

I am also from around the area. I bought a 2K silver Lightning a day after I sold my White 95, then two days later a good friend of mine bought a 2K silver as well. So put two more of us on the list from the Boston area.

Talking

Blown00'

I'm also a proud Lightning owner. I live in Taunton, MA. and work out of North Providence, RI. I'm a Field Engineer for a structural engineering company and travel all over Southern New England. In fact, one of our jobs is the new K-8 school under construction in Franklin. When I visited there a few weeks ago, I saw a silver 2000 L at the Ford dealer in Franklin. If this is the one that you purchased, then I have the fraternal twin to yours, plus 17,000 miles!

Good Luck with your new machine. This truck is a blast to drive, as you know or will soon find out.

I would like to offer a friendly word of advice. Watch out for the slippery roads that are sure to come in the days ahead. With all the torque available, and the width of the tires, the back end will come around without much prodding in snow or icy conditions.

This is great the only thing
that sux is we all seem to
have silver. but then again
what would people think if
they saw half a dozen silver
lightnings go to the same
place at once?

i actually bought my L in
Raynham from an exotic
dancer! The one at the Ford
Dealer is beaten.
Thanx for the heads up on the
snow situation.
