line pressure vs. shift kit

Is the added expense of the shift kit worth it? Tell your tuner you want your teeth fillings to pop out and he can adjust the line pressure to do that. So what are the benefits of the shift kit?

If you do a "search" in here, you'll be able to answer your questions.

PS: Raising that line pressure will do more than "rattle" your fillings - check it out.

go to chickenears.com website then search for FTVB or factory tech valve body. There is a link to Gregg Evans the inventor of the FTVB, his information speak clearly to your question. Good luck.

Huge mistake never adjust your line pressure, a FTVB is the way too go or in a earlier model use a shift plate.
