I believe the 2400 is good for up to 500 hp and the 2800 is good for up to 750hp.

As you know Sal is top notch I'd just ask him I'm sure he'll point you in the right direction.

It would take a prety radical combo to need more than the 2400 Maf.

i guess the 2400 it is. ill just have to wait for sct to get them in stock. my new goals are mid to low 12's. i also need traction bars but i'm not sure which ones since the truck will be lower now.

I have the 2400 and currently sit at 566 RWHP. I am dragging in a ton of air with a KB@15psi (soon to be 20psi), JLP sheet metal intake, SBTB and CAI.

I havent maxed out the 2400 and I know guys that push 700 on spray with the 2400 and dont have any issues...I thought the 2400 was good through 750. I hope so, Im going to 600 this summer.

I was getting close to maxing it at 450 RWHP. You really wouldnt want to take that chance. If you are looking at 500 HP, I would probably just go with the MAFIA MAF extender. You should be ok with that and save a few bucks. The OEM MAF is a good unit. If you plan on pushing up over 500 by a fair amount then the 2400 is probably the better option.
