Question Passing Emissions

My plates are up in May and after searching the forums and not finding an answer to my questions I decided to post.

I have an 01 (see sig for mods) and was wondering if I could run it through the emmisions test and pass or do I need to reflash it to stock and hope I have enough time to clear the P1000 code.
BTW I live in Missouri and they test all 1996 and newer using the OBDII plug in scan method, not the rollers.

Tuned With SCT

My 01 passes Missouri's emissions testing, and I'm running a PSP dyno tune.

I'm assuming that is with the tune installed.
I am not very fond of this emissions testing BS and thankgosh it I won;t have to worry about it after sept.

Yes, it's a custom tune.

Also, after Sept the OBDI vehicles will be emissions exempt. But, OBDII vehicles will still have to pass the OBD test. The testing will be done at your local repair shop. At least, that's the way I understand the new testing.

yes that is true but there is a stipulation that vehicles driven less (I think its 500-1000 miles per year) are also exempt no matter what age the vehicle is.

I remember reading the bill but I can't think of the specifics right now.

Here they are
House Bill 1532 Takes effect Sept. 1 2007

The bill exempts from the inspection requirements diesel-powered
vehicles except light-duty, diesel-powered vehicles manufactured
after 1996 with a gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or
less; new motor vehicles which have not been previously titled
and registered for the two-year period following their model year
of manufacture; vehicles which are engaged in interstate commerce
and are proportionately registered with the Highway Reciprocity
Commission; and motor vehicles driven fewer than 12,000 miles
between biennial safety inspections. Vehicles which are
inspected and approved prior to a sale or transfer will not be
subject to another emission inspection for 90 days after the date
of sale or transfer.
