Thoughts On Changing Lower Crank Pulley To Increase Boost?
I have heard that JDM has came out with a lower crank pulley that will increase the Eaton's boost by 1 1/2 pounds which results in 35 foot pound of torque. Has anyone already tried this? I am a little concerned that by increasing the Eaton's rpms that it might shorten it's life. Any comments?

Increasing the rpm's want shorten the life of the blower as long as it stays under it's maximum blower speed. I've owned several different supercharger combos and I've experimented with several different pulley combos. I haven't read anything bad about speeding the Eaton up yet. Sean Hyland has been offering a upper pulley for awhile now. I'm going to go with the crank pulley on my Lightning unless I hear something in the next few weeks to change my mind. So far everyone I see speeding there Eaton up is going faster, so thats a good sign thats it's still being efficient. Thats just my opinion, hope it helped.
