Alright the mods that I have/plan on doing to my truck are
Flowmaster cat back
K&N CAI
4lb lower
FTVB
NGK TR6
170* Thermostat
Tune
Is there any that make sense to do a long with them or some that seem a waste. I have spent many hours seraching and reading so just wanted to see what the panel thought. My goals are just a fast daily driver and go to the track here and there. Thanks for the help.

Thermostat not really needed.
Bassani or Magnaflow for exhaust (sounds much better on L's than flowmaster IMO)
You can get away with a 6lb lower with a good safe dyno tune. Since you have access to 93 octane.
Should put you around 400/500.
The others look good for a start.
