Just received this info from my dealer on the clunk fix (Greenway Ford, Orlando). I found the information on the lower control arm washer. The special
service message has been updated. The correct ssm for the concern is SSM
14417. The parts do need to be ordered, the parts consist of new 2 new
toothed washers p/n w707896-s427 and nut p/n n800237-s427.
On yours we will also clean the frame mounts to remove wax base
undercoating.
They are ordering the parts and will let me know when to bring it in for repair.

Had this fix done a month ago with toothed washers and wax removal. Don't bother having it done, it doesn't work either. I'm going back next week to have it welded.
