Does anyone know anything about the MSD ignition for a lightning? Anybody have one? Please post some info about on and the performance it adds. Thanks alot.

 

I don't know how an MSD could work with the L due to the fact that there is a coil pack for each cylinder.

 

MSG said they would have available by early spring,however I'm not sure it would add anything, especially if you read the info page on NGK plugs.

Heck, I'd buy one just so I could get the tach lead off of it.
No one makes a aftermarket tach and Both Autometer and MSD said they might come out with a signal amplifter( to pick up the tach lead from the PCM) but no promise except to check back with them.
Both MSD and Holley said the stock coil on plug is the best system to have. They won't make one for the Lightnings.

I can't think of anything next. That twin supercharger has something though...

 

I had msd on my dodge, nothing but trouble..Left me broke down 2 times..1st the msd6a,,2nd the msd boost timimg retard,used for the blower..

 

how come i can never see the pic of the twin supercharger anymore?????
it comes up a white space to me??
